$500CAN, I would buy it in a heart beat. Mostly cosmetic. Depending on the inside of the pipes, you can sand blast them and repaint. If it is seized, about $300 for parts to do a top end, now it depends if you can do it yourself or not. Probably in the $2500-3000 to put it back in good rideable shape: cables, bearings, tires, carb rebuild kit, brakes caliber rebuild kit and lines, paint, top end rebuild kit, miscellaneous bits. It also depends what you have in mine for the rebuild: stock, cafe, brat, etc. Fully original stock would be very expensive though. Look around here and on the web what can be done.

While I was in conversations with the seller, I elected to pass. It represented a 5 hour drive each way not to mention various paperwork hassles too. I have three Kawasaki in my garage as we speak and my CSR650 project is not complete.
It has since sold and someone probably got a sweet project for cheap!

I didn’t want to step on your deal but I almost offered to ask you to flip it to me... I’d have paid your travel time and a few for lunch... probably better off not sure where I’d store anymore.
