Alright found out I had 2 problems. 1) Ignition times became out of time, re adjustred points and fired right off with kickstarter. 2) Starter clutch is going bad, and that's what blew the fuse. Wiring going to the clutch was pinched in chain housing cover. Removed and replaced damaged wires, tested and started 4 consecutive times, 5-7 did not want to hold to start motor. You can hear it disengage. But, worked fine on the last 4 starts. So, with the clutch going bad, would it hurt anything to just let it go until I find a replacement clutch. It would just sit and whine instead of engage when it acted up.

Glad you chased down the problems. It will not hurt a thing to ride with a bad starter clutch.
