LoL ...... just before I fell a sleep last night this popped in my head for some reason ...... Did I say foot lbs ?? I know I mentioned the inch lb wrench ..... almost got up to check but figured I would in the morn.:blush: Going to edit it now but a little to late.
1978 KZ650 b-2
700cc Wiseco kit 10 to 1.
1980 KZ750 cam, ape springs, stock clutch/ Barnett springs.
Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.
29MM smooth bores W/ 17.5 pilots, 0-6s and 117.5 main
16/42 gearing X ring chain and alum rear JT sprocket.

I use the same but find that on stainless collars like delkevic they need a lock or shake washer as they can't bite into the surface but on standard aluminium collars like oems they are fine on their own.

Z1000J2 somewhat modified!

Maybe it get friction because of the ceramic coating? I will keep and eye on it.
