Ran 16/41 for a long time but went back to 16/42 when I went with the new chain and sprockets a while back. Tried 17/41 (which is slightly higher than what you have now) once for a trip (to calm the rpms down) and it killed acceleration for me but you have those extra 160cc. (110 now).......I agree with JR wouldn't go any less and if you ever feel the need for some 1/4 mile action Zuk has it right with at least 16/42 or 45.
Once in a while I throw on a 15 tooth front (just bought a new one) which is pretty close to Zuk's 16/45 set up and tear up the streets but always have gone back as its too wild for the highway . Sure comes outta the hole nice though.
