You can get fuel resistant epoxy Baldy, its used to line fiberglass tanks, amongst other things, there are some pretty tough epoxy products around...
Phenol Novolac Epoxies are a new breed of chemical resistant materials, able to withstand permanent immersion of many harsh solvents, fuels and oils. This Epoxy has much better bond strength than single component products, with strengths of up to 3000 PSI

How many turns out of the mixture screws would you recommend as a good starting point. On the KZ1300 you start with 3 to 3 1/2 turns, is the KZ1000 J1 the same?
