Ok, here's what I've managed to do.If someone would be so kind as to look up valve stem oil seals for an 83-85 750 and get the part numbers and cross them with oil seals for other models, I suspect it wouldn't be hard to mail a few...
I focused on the '83 KZ750 H4, since that's the easiest to cross-ref.
The part listed on BuyKawasaki.com is:
92049-016 OIL SEAL,RV37129.5
...it is shown between the spring seat and the spring...
...a cross-ref showed 335 models that used that seal, so I'm not sure what info I should post. Most notably, every 4-cyl 750 from 80-83 (my software doesn't seem to include 750s after 83), the 76/77 KZ900, 77-83 KZ650s, 74-83 400/440s, 78-83 200/250s, 79-82 1300s, 81-83 1100s, and 77-99 1000s, police and otherwise. Of course there were tons of dual-purpose bikes, ATVs and other stuff listed, too...
...hope that helps...

We are all wanting to help you, but it is, indeed, a matter of money. Many of us on this forum are rebuilding bikes but don't have much money. The valve stem seals are cheap...someone may even send you a set (you need eight). The rings (a set for all four pistons) are about US$80.00...I don't have an estimate on the connecting rod. I don't know what the situation is in Bulgaria with regards eBay and money transfers, but your best bet may be to watch that as a source. There should also be plenty of used parts already in Europe (England, France, and Deutschland) for the GPz750.
