It was all there. Just misaligned parts it seems. So instead of taking it apart, I used a glob of Hondabond and bam. No more leak.

I'm glad it is now leakless, but I still wonder how that misalignment could happen.

the bike itself is really beat up do I'm sure someone messed with it at some point. The odd part is that the piece is off about a 16th of an inch on one side and not even a 64th on the other side.
