You can put caps oo the fittings on top of valve cover , no problem.JimB wrote: No you should not cap it off. It needs to vent. You could connect a hose from and run the hose to the back of the engine. Or you can buy a filter from you local auto parts store and connectit right to the vent.

The stock bike had the crankcase breather vented into the airbox.
Here's an example of using a hose from the breather vent to exit underneath the bike.
I'm not a fan of connecting an after-market filter to the vent.
