If your going to remove the head, I would get an original Kawasaki repair Manual off of E-bay or something like that. Aftermarket manuals are OK but often assume you already know some things. Next biggest thing is torque wrenches. You will need a foot pound torque wrench and an inch pound torque wrench. HTH....
Manufacturers year....Lets not forget Kawasaki can build next years model pretty early. For instance the 08 Concours 14 was released in the middle of 07. Tim
