what series kz motor is good

I read some wher that ther one series kz 1000 motor that's not so good all th rest r perfect , I jus wanna kz 1000 motor that not gonna tear up I gotta kz 750 ltd but I jus wanna put me a 1000 motor in it I like spped an I wanna go fast as I can get with out something bustin on me at hi speed thx for all answer also was if I cant find a good deal on a motor was wonder if if I can convert th 80 750 motor to point style?

With a larger engine you'll probably be dealing with more weight and more inertial forces. So you might gain straight-line speed and lose handling and braking.

Personally, I wouldn't trade handling and braking capability for more straight-line speed.

Anywho...to answer the original question....all KZ 1000 motors are pretty strong, they all have their little foibles but the most important thing is that they all need lots of care. They after all 30 plus years old. None of them are super fast out of the box as it seems you are after but with money they can be made quite fast....then they need even more care. I have a feeling you should be looking at a more modern performance bike but I could be wrong, either way good luck. Sorry I do not know much about the bike you have to answer the points question.
