Thanks again to everyone for all of your advice. I had a garage sale this weekend and was able to work on the bike from sun up to sun down while we waited for people to come by. I finished the 650 in all aspects besides aesthetics (which are coming very well). I made a new starter button, disassembled, cleaned and adjusted the springs on the starter itself, Changed my fuse box to a more modern fuse system. Synced the carburetor.. Replaced both throttle cables and cleaned up the carb a little more.
I also went through and organized the parts for the 750. In doing so I looked up the vin numbers, and it turns out that the engine is a 1981 KZ750E2, and the body is a 1979 650 SR. I am missing a few things here and there for the bike, but most components are there. The frame and wires are not in the best of shape. It has been sitting outside for 4-6 years covered but disassembled. Engine and parts were kept in a garage.
