Ya i love the way my big block 1327 sounds with the kerker and no baffle. I would like to get a competiton baffle. Its really to loud. Everytime i get on it my whole town hears it. Worse part is i dont even have to get on it. I love setting off car alarms with it.

Maybe it's just me... but doesn't a Kerker BELONG on a Kawasaki? If it was a Honda, I'd expect a Ontario Mototek. And obviously a Suzuki requires a Yosh. It's just the way it ought to be! My .02 Paul
Don't be ridiculous! It's only a flesh wound!

Back in the winter of 1981 I drove 70 miles round trip in one of the worst ice and snow storms ever in a Ford pinto to pick up my V and H header from the UPS outlet. Could'nt even wait till the next afternoon. LOL.
Wife let me keep it in the 3rd bedroom for the first 3 years so it was nice putting it on but had to wait a few months to hear that sound that we all feel is Gods gift !!!

It good to hear that someone digs Vance and Hines

I just found a nice front fender for the B-2 650 on fleabay close to home so I made an offer and he bit.
The next day I rode over and bought it , while there I asked if he had any other parts and he showed me a V and H that was off a 81 650 and said that I could have it for nothing he was going to scrap it :woohoo:
It's not pretty but it is a lot better than the rusty cut off stock pipes and the Emglo mufflers that I have so I figured why not give them a try.
The pipes will get painted but the muffler should clean up good enough.
Will I need to re-jet

When I think V and H I think of my father and Arlen Ness building those mean streetable v drag bikes with a ton of class. But I definitely love all the noise from the Z's and the V's!

Blasting out of the Kink and heading down between the hills through the Kettle Bottoms at Road America flat out in 5th with my Bassani pipe singing at 11,500 on my KZ1000 sure sounded pretty good to me back then!!!!
