You're going to take a second video? Did you post the first one?
Just because your battery is new and your starter has been rebuilt doesn't mean they are any good, with the rebuilt motor and correct compression now the old solenoid and wires may not be up to the task. Have you made all your connections shinny and tight?

Re: head gasket help
08 Apr 2013 21:20If you got those kind of compression numbers reusing an old head gasket you need to buy some lottery tickets! :woohoo:jeffecor wrote: what I'm talking about is i didn't replace the gasket when i had put it back together so it maybe to compressed and making the compression higher.
I had to replace to pistons the first 2010 year i had the bike after and had the two valve replaced in cylinder 3 and 4 too. After two years and after 10,000 miles later. last year i noticed that two of the intake valves was bent and i figure it would be best just to rebuild the whole top motor. Then after the rebuild it has problems turning over now like it would turn once or twice then stop start clicking for a few seconds then start turn over again. I torque everything to the manuals spec.
All I'm doing is replacing the heading gasket with a stock one.

If you feel the need to replace the head gasket, go ahead put a new one in it. Put two if you think it will help. When you are done, post again and I'm sure someone will help you fix your starter problem.

I understand what everyone's saying the compression where it needs to be i can change out the cables to the starter tomorrow after work.
Thanks for the help i well check everything again and try to finish cleaning the carbs too.
To the wireman its not the original head gasket i it replaced in 2010 when a piece of melt got suck into cylinder 3 and 4. That bent the intake valve on 3 and bent 3&4 exhaust valve plus mess up the piston rings in those cylinders after all that motorcycle run fine without problems.
