.0025" would be more like it. After boring the final honing will set the clearance, and it needs to be done with a precision hone so the bore is true. No flex hones or balls.
Was the bore kit the only work done at that time? Was there engine noise before the work?


We do Wiseco 1075 at thou and a half. Have since Wiseco cam out with the kit. Don't know if it is "thousands" like the other guy, but I'll bet it is close.

You can do that with the 4032 alloy.
