That thing is just like the Kerker you posted a link to on Ebay. :laugh:
Like Leon says, the mounting tab will have Kerker stamped into it.
ram, you didn't find a V&H meg for you pipe?
To tell you the trufe, I'd rather have a Kerker.

Yep its a kerker,there were a couple differant designs
