true, 90% of the field (and not just open classers) run CR's, for some historic reasons they are way more common than Mikunui smoothbores.
The only scoots i see on track with CV's are people racing in the bracket class (lap time regularity) often on pretty stock bikes
That said, on the track you only care about what happens above 5000-6000K, and CR's are easy to tune and sort out for that kind of use.
Not so sure i'd want to run them on the street with start-stop traffic though.....
If you are after all out power then CR's rule, living with them day in day out, just maybe, never tried.

They generally come jetted fat for the street. Once they're leaned out, they work great there too.

luckily next race track is mostly left turns and i am grounding on the right
