CCT question

On my forum for my superhawk a bunch of guys have modified the stock CCT to a manual one like the APE tensioners, i was wondering if anyone here had tried this OR have you switched to the APE tensioner with good results?
just browsing APE and thinking of things i want to upgrade...

I have always converted mine. Its easy just drill, tap, and install the right 5mm bolt with lock nut. gives you better feel when adjusting tension.never had one break.they were converting stock tensioners to manual for z's long before the aftermarket ones came out
