You could use two people or a simple pulley system if you don't have a cherry picker.

I'm glad your making good use of it.
Looking forward to how she turns out.
This is how I layed mine on it's side, on a couple car tires.
I just needed to pull the oil pan, but can be done to remove the engine etc.
