The engine is the MARK 2 a bit different than the standard kz1000. Learn all you can, get books read this forum, lots of help here. Keep wiring in top shape, keep in tune and don’t abuse it. It will last long time

He probably still rides it, though it's been fifteen+ years since that post.
Still riding my 1100 shaft, twenty years later.
