Saved, don't let your baby go, fix it. When it comes down to it it's not that hard of a fix. A Clymer manual or factory manual will give you detailed steps on how to do it. No "special" tools are required. Everyone had to start somewhere. Send the significant other to their mothers for a week, drag the bike inside, clean off the kitchen table and go for it. My first bike was a KZ650 and I had never touched a motor ever before. I had to replace parts in the starter clutch, so dove right in and managed to get it right first time. The sense of pride not to mention the money saved is incredible. Chicks dig guys who build motorcycle motors too.

Positive neutral finder. What a relief, I thought I broke something. i made up a set of rearsets,put them on my bike,tried them out,they look great but i cant get to 2nd.I thought I had done it this time.
