Pretty much identical for the Z1, KZ900, 1000 & 1100 series.... In my manuals anyways...

As mentioned, sequence is extremely important...
Following the sequence, snug fit through the sequence then go back through the sequence for torque values...

Ya, we'll see. But i just took it for a 100 mile spin yesterday after i fixed that noise and still no problem.

I'm gonna take it out for another 50-100 mile journey today. I should probably clean it up a bit too.
1979 KZ1000 MKII, 1075 wiseco kit installed, 10.25:1 compression, welded crank, kerker header and custom paint.

Be sure engine is completely cold when re-torquing.

Likely good to re-torque more than once. (After another heat>cold cycle, of course).
