We are doing some sleeves that will allow us to do 1260s in a stock block KZ1000s and have good wall thickness, without them being leakers.

This will only work with 1000s. We will be changing our website specs soon, but for now, you guys know it first.

So will this also be good on J motors? Specifically my '84 GPZ1100.

please pm me with the cost so i can be one of your first customers jay.
i was worried about melting down on a hot summer day with thin sleeves.
just to clairify, 1000 cylinders only right?
no 900 cylinders.
would we have to have these sleeves machined or are they already sized?
all we need to do is have our 1000 cylinders bored to accept these sleeves right?
how much would we need to have our stock cylinders bored to accept these sleeves?

i just need to know since i already had the upper case bored to accept the sleeves i already have and i assembled the lower end already.

i have 1100 sleeves in my 1000 block. do i need to have the cases bored again? what is the outside measurements in mm's

are these sleeves tapered a little at the bottom to help install the rings somewhat?

great idea and i will be one of your first customers if i don't have to split the cases again.

someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

Big blocks can be run on the street. We have been doing that for years. It is just that with this sleeve, we can do the 1260 in a stock block and make it more affordable.
