When the engine is running, it smokes a whole lot...plus when i turn it off...it makes a gurgle sound....Mind you I have just headers...No actual exhaust pipe...

What color smoke?
Bluish whiteish is oil
black is running rich
white is coolant...means you have been drinking

Where is the gurgling coming from?
...and is it really gurgling or more like a quiet growling sound?

blueish white color...but it's not coming from the exhuast...like from all around the engine...when i stop the engine and when its running....smoke just comes from around it...not like as if it was on fire...but she's smoke'n...I was wondering if the oil level was full...because I was stupid enough to fill it after I just shut it off...and the oil had not ran back down to the sight glass....But i dont know...

Check your oil pump. What is the oil pressure? I had one do that once, you don't want to know what comes next. I hope, I am wrong.

Check the oil level, then check the pressure. I don't want to be right, please prove me wrong. Does the motor feel real hot?

DA, I would check oil level. With bike vertical after setting @ 3-5 minutes oil should be in middle of window. Bikes with worn rings will attempt to blow exess oil thru phlenum canister into airbox (if fitted) and gurgle as oil drains back into cases. hope this helps G
