AIRBOX to Carbs missing was created by shannonbeau
The units from my Airbox to carbs are missing from the Fence bike I just got. 82 KZ1100a. I don't know what these are called? Can anyone tell me what these are and where to get some?

Just got an 82 KZ 1100, working to fix it up as my first bike.

Just kidding around with Shannon, so these topic-irrevelant pics may be freely scrubbed in good conscience.

P.S. And btw, Z1E's not a fence.

It really looked more like the first one.
It is still gonna cost me about $600 to get it running right and safely, but I only paid $100 bucks for the bike. Sounds like I am going to need a new head for it, tires, air box ducts, brake lines, battery, and a few other misc. items.
I think I can do it all for under $600.00. I am hoping anyway. I have never worked on a bike before, with the exception of filming and assisting with bike builds over the past few years for my job.
Thankfully, my supervisor and good friend is a Master Bike Builder... He runs a repair/custom build shop and is showing me how to fix it myself and letting me use his tools and assistance. He fixes Harley's all day long, so he rides a KZ1000 with a Sidecar and a V-STROM for his regular daily riders.

I have seen the bike tangled up in the fence though, it is 2 blocks from my house. At the National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa, Iowa. A few of his other bikes are there too. And you can see it yourself on Any Given Sunday if you happen through town. (Not totally positive it's the same bike but there is a poster of the movie right above the display.)
