you might want to shoot a PM to ape jay, he is in the buisness, you are not going to find shims on the net, only someone in the buisness is going to know where to get the right shims.

Dont get me wrong, you can do the job yourself, I was just saying that rather than spen a bunch of time with trial and error, the people with the right equipment and knowledge can make life a lot easier.

it is true that you need to watch the length of the stem to the keeper, but you need to be able to adj the valves also.
the only other way to keep from doing this is to replace the seats, and you need the equipment to do that right.
