my 1100 had the same issue and i got the parts for about 25 bucks to rebuild it. also mine was originally caused by the bolts backing out. i installed longer ones with red 271 locktite and put a nylock nut on the inside of the rotor. just make sure you don't get them too long or they will hit the stator. mine works like a champ now!

one more thing. get the proper tool to rmove the rotor.
it's about 10 bucks. it will only come off undamaged with this tool. ask me how i know!
