Hi Jordan, how's it going? Let me ask a few q's about the bike: How are the plug wires? could they be shorting out and causing the misfire? The plugs you mention, are those splitfire plugs the proper heat range for the bike?
Do this for your battery: take it out of the bike, and charge it up, then measure its voltage. Let it sit a few hours -- overnight, or whatever, then measure it again. If it has dropped quite a bit while sitting all alone it has shorted plates or other damage to the cells and it can't hold a charge.

The plug wires aren't the best and the plugs I just found in the garage so they may not be the right range. I'll go get the proper plugs tomorrow and charge the battery tonight and test it tomorrow
