This is interesting. It sounds like only the cases were replaced. It looks like you might have a 650 motor with 750 cases. Keep us posted!

Yeah i will keep you posted, i have many more questions too
It does have a kickstart leaver. The engine No. is stamped into the crank cases not the engine cases, it looks factory to me.

That's interesting, none of the North American spec 750 fours had a kick starter or a place for one. The rest of the world has usually gotten different models than North America.
