I'm with BSKZ650 and SenorPedro!
Sooty, dry plugs was one of my original symptoms. Later I realised that it also had included harder starting, longer worm-up time and lack-luster performance. WG Coil Re-powering Mod was the solution.
Do it!
You'll never regret it.
