Well the Milkman was right! My timing was off, I guess you shouldn't try to time something after you put 8 hours on someting at 10:30 at night with a flashlight! Well I re-did the timing and finally got the sucker fired up. She runs kinda rough. I really am hoping that its because it has been sitting since last september outside. Any tips or tricks on what I should try to get it running a bit better after sitting all winter? (besides putting in some good gas?) Oh and anyone have a secret on how to get the exhaust hooked up tight enough that it doesn't leak like a banshee?

First thing would be the carbs, it only a little while for the crappy gas nowadays to go rancid, even more so in small amounts like in the float bowls and the pilot jets are really little. try cleaning them
