I did it very very carefully and slowly. It took about an hour.

I had picked the machined cylinders up late friday afternoon of a long weekend and didn't realise the chamfering wasn't done until the shop was closed.

Remembering the process from last time is why I am going to have the chamfering done today by another shop.
