A cylinderhead should be ported to meet your engine's operational paramaters. Criteria such as:

a]engine size
b]cam specs
c]intended peak HP RPM
d]carburetor size
e]intended use of the bike - [street / dragrace]

What one person considers cheap may be entirely different than what someone else considers cheap.
