I have seen this Gentleman's ride on the Velocity Channel awhile back, looks cool!
I would do it! With my 1980 Leisure Suit! To make a Statement! It's 3 piece with a silk backed vest! And it is powder blue!
Thanks for responding. I will be wearing this outfit this year (my business is fashion so I have these dressforms in my house). And this is me on my bike last year:
If I make it back to New York I will look you up for some badly needed advise on how to dress properly.
My wife would love to see me dressed with some class.
She says I dress like a grizzly bear biker with a dash of deer hunter thrown in. ( She is right )

Exactly. It's not a costume ride.

I disagree. Last year thousands of riders came, nattily dressed, but in varying attire. Additionally, Ive always ignored common sentiments and do as I please. So Im wearing that outfit as it pleases me. The weather forecast has been revised. It will be 90° on Sunday. Im more about having fun and raising money than adhering to a rigid dress code, of which there is none.
These are pics from last years event. The temp was around 72°
Im in the white double breasted blazer.
