Been Riding

I have got to ride the ZRX three times. It is going to need some suspension and brake service. It doesn't stop like I think it should and wollows going around curves. I will change the fork oil and go from there.

I gave the bike a WD40 bath and let it sit all night and hand washed it the next morning. The WD softened the old built up gunk and even removed the old wheel weight paper and glue.

I then buffed it and and polished it.

Meet a friend for a ride and we put over 100 miles on back twisty roads.

When we got back to the house I memtioned I had looked up the price on a Corbin back rest. ($238.00)
He pulled one out and it fit my bike. He gave it to me. It looks like a herorid pillow. :laugh:

Here is a short clip of the back of my bike on a section of heavly patrolled road.WE only gassed on it one time. Was running about 67.

Her is some of the back roads we road that day. Kenny is very good with a computer and vids. Great guy and he builds his bikes and upgrades them.

Where are you riding? Wish I was there, I still have a winter storm to deal with today.What a bummer!!.

The way the weather is holding it might be the first of June. :S

I got bored and worked on the bike. There are six settings on the front suspension and six on the back. There was not two settings that were the same.

I did a base setting and changed oil and filter.

Despite the cold weather I went for a ride. At a buck thirty five by the speedo the bike was solid and didn't move on uneven pavment,bridges,etc...

Bridges scare me, bad memory .
