That makes sence. it would be a hell of a long ride. he could have taken the kz relay flag from east to west in 1 ride. :laugh:

Thanks Lou. I will check in on Facebook, because I don't have a blog, or Tweet.

Trying to find a good App for my IPhone that will track our path. Printed maps and my tank bag will be used. No GPS telling us where to go. With those exhausts, we wouldn't hear it anyhow.

One GPz550 is complete, Medusa, just needs to have the new rear tire replaced, because it's out of round.

Monday 10/8/12 about 11:15-11:30 a.m ,I heard two old school open piped bikes go by loud and fast

and today Wednesday 10/10/12 @ 11:30 a.m, I heard two more go by super loud ,I was closer to the road this time and they sure sounded like two valve air cooled bikes to me.

Sadly, we missed the whole first day on Hwy 1 due to a delay from a charging short. There must have been more than one, because after we replaced the wiring harness with a spare(I have a few), and the stator swapped out, it finally cooperated. Opted to ride Hwy 101 to Atascadero then over to Cayucos.

Working on downloading photos, and we are now in Newport Beach, my old stomping grounds. If the weather lets up we sill go to Auto Club Speedway, and into LA for some touristy looking, then back here to Newport Beach.
