TOPIC:

Somewhere in the middle of the pack on our way to our first ride of the journey. More Buffalo meat to be eaten. This day we got rained on all day long. I went out the next day as storms were in the forecast all week and bought a rain suit and would you believe after I spent all that money on it the rain went away. Ha! I should have done that the first day. Never fails. You spend money you don't have on something you can't really afford and you find you didn't need it after all.

On the day of the trip to Crazy Horse my friend with the Indian had to have his oil changed and seat bracket replaced. I will post a picture later of that little escapade. I told eveyone in the shop. They were all laughing. He wasn't totally amused though. I said between the two of us he got the fat chicks. They really dig those Harleys and Indians which is the reason that the seat broke. Well, by the time service finished with his bike the group had left us so we understood that they would go and eat first at a place about thirty miles from Crazy Horse and then to view the Horse. This wasn't entirely a bad thing as the pack left we scurried to catch up and went to Sylvan lake and found out they had gone to the Crazy Horse first. Screaming through those bends a corners my bike was so on that day! I was going wide open up a hill that the cars were slowly climbing and hit corners at 80 plus miles an hour. We got to Sylvan and found no one to be there so we headed out to Crazy horse taking on hair pin turns. Well I couldn't help it I had to ride as fast as I could. Parce on the Indian was dropping a load as I left him a mile or two back. I stopped to wait for him to catch up and he was terrified that I had lost it in a corner but then I guess those fat ladies don't corner so well and he projected his fear of corners as his bike could handle on me. lol I learned a lot about cornering over the years I guess
and even more there. I never rode at the limit of course in fear of loose gravel but still way past the limit of his bike.

This guy asked to take a picture with the lady and then grabbed the other one in the picture. Apparently he comes from Chiahuahua Mexico, where the dogs take after their owners. I couldn't post the next picture but if you can just imagine what a chiahuahua would do in this instance...yeah it was a shame. We all got kicked out of the place for the lewd and lascivious behavior of "that guy from Mexico". He made me take a picture of another Indian squaw maiden. Fearing retaliation I was able to snap off another shot shortly before we were all ejected from the place.

With that smile I could just read her mind. Just a look is worth a thousand words.

While we were waiting for service earlier we got bored and decided to take a couple of bikes for a test ride.

He was liking it so much we tried to talk the owner in to a trade. He wasn't having it. Said he couldn't reach the pedals on his bike and that it was in the shop too much for miscellaneous things.

Well after going to the Crazy Horse (amazing at how many people, tourists get punked out of their hard earned cash), which was seen from the road just as well as from inside, we went to go and get a bite to eat were we passed by earlier.

Funny how nature has a way of surviving even thriving in conditions that are not ideal for growth.
