Looks like a stock Z1/Kz900 crank with Ti22 rods.

All the lighten cranks I ever saw that came from Falicon came with highly polished throws.

Yeah, same here.  If it's a Falicon "Supercrank" then it would get the full polish/lightening treatment with whatever rods you desired.  However, you could also have them just do a conventional rebuild and weld ("blueprint job") without the polishing and retaining the stock rods.  I've had both back in the day.
