Okay so I picked up the bike today. I ended up getting him down to $500. The bike needed a little more than tires. It also needs side covers because the tabs are broken. It could use new side covers and possibly a new petcock. There is a slight tap in the top end but I think overall I got a decent deal. It runs great and pulls hard. I have included two pictures in this post. I noticed parts are pretty hard to find for this bike... Is there any other model Kawasaki that I could interchange parts with such as the side covers?

Will KZ 1100 parts fit this? Or maybe 1300? Maybe 750 for the body pieces? Different years or makes?

For body pieces I believe you are limited to using parts from the 1984 and 1985 ZN1100 LTD Shaft models.
As far as the KZ1300 - it was a 6 cylinder model and the KZ750 came in a 2 cylinder model or a 4 cylinder model, but the 4 cylinder KZ750 engine is very different than the larger ZN1100 engine. Ed

Thanks. Anyone know if Vance and Hines exhaust systems will fit with little modification that are made for the kz bikes of similar years? I'd love the Vance and Hines rather then the mac.

Mufflers. probably anything from the 81-on 1000/1100 models. Typical fitment issues. muffler hanger, but typically an easy fix. sometimes center stand clearance.
The ZN700 shares some parts with the ZN1100. Fr wheel. seat. fenders. meters. some other stuff such as the lighting.
The side covers are similar with similar mounting points, but I have no idea if they are interchangeable as they are different. similar shape, but different non-the-less.

Thank you everyone for the links and for all the help! I've ordered new front and rear Pirelli tires. Stage 3 jet kit. Pod filters. And some black exhaust wrap. All I need now is some side covers and an ignition switch and to adjust the valves.
Any good guides on valve adjustment?

I can get the Mac 4-1 exhaust for 267 dollars shipped. Is it worth spending $400 for the Vance and Hines?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationwould this fit? i am very tempted to buy it due to the price...
What about pulling the baffles out of my stock exhaust? Are the header pipes wider on aftermarket pipes? My stock exhaust is excellent condition with no rust... I'd keep it, but i want that power
