1982 kz1100 shaft drive

What are these bikes worth?
This 1981 has been for sale all summer long.
He is asking a grand, but will take $800. It is a freind, I drove it. It runs great, nice and queit, idles smooth, ugly seat with a dent in tank? I don't do drive shafts or J models.
It's near Buffalo, Western New York. On craigs list.

I paid $2,400.00 for this 82 it has less than 10K on it.





If I rode it more I'd have to change the seat and bars.

Not sure Eddie. It has an gold eagle on the back and says Kawasaki. The bike came with a second grab bar that was a color match to the bike. I liked it better so I took the back rest off and put what I guess is the stock grab bar back on.

what I see were painted grab bars haven't seen any chrome one's on, ebay anyway

My bet is that this grab bar is the stock bar for a 1982 KZ1100 Spectre.




It's a nice bar. The covering feels like something you want to hold on to.

It certainly is I had the same, mine unfortunately looked as if Rats had been chewing down on the rubber.....
