they are nice for woman they feel safer!

i rode bitch when my harley broke down so i know and all i had to do lean back and enjoy the ride.

I don't personally know anything about "riding bitch" but my wife has fallen asleep on the back of my bike on two different occasions, and I never had any kind of sissy bar.
