I'm working on getting some small badges CnC machined that look similar to the cast badge I pictured earlier.
My ZRX Kerkers have that HUGE by HUGE badge on them too. I'm all about Old Skool. Lol.
How do you like the Kerker so far, compared to the VH?

Baldy, that is the era correct badge for your ELR pipe. That is what was coming out in the early 80s.
I'd think the pipe for the MKII should have the small Kerker cast badge on it.
This is one for my KZ550. The one with the sticker was on a 1000. That sticker is long gone.

I havent got to ride version 2.0 yet.....winter project ya know. Waiting for Ohio to spit out a ride day. Makes the bike look way cool over the VH.
Thanks to Brian - KZ10006 for the parts.

Search my User ID and see the post about the project. It was a nightmare at times but she's my fave.
My MKII is getting a new tin makeover (going to blue from red) and the Kerker plus some other cosmetics. It too has a NOS seat. Pictures soon come!

No they are not, they are known to boost the top end as most 4 into 1 pipes are.

Yes, compared to a V&H Sidewinder, the Kerker will have better low to midrange response!!! That Sidewinder is a drag pipe. That's all it's designed for. The Kerker is designed for a broader range of street/strip/touring type performance.
Kerker is a better street pipe than the V&H Sidewinder,
How's that for a simple answer?
