i think the second race ends early but i found these on you tube and there is another that shows the whole race 2...where kawi had the pole and btw kawi and sykes got 5thh both races....long time since that has been going down for ma kaw... as well as the 2013 round one 600 class "SS" class on ytube

p.s kawi won the 600 SSport race...a team from india with a turkish rider on a kawi...that has got to be some new record too

Tom Sykes has been winning races all of last year on the ZX10R and actually lost the title by half a point to Biaggi on the Aprilia at the last race....

Kenan Sofolgu won already the WSS title last year too on a ZX6R, albeit he's done it with an italian team. in any case, to call it an "indian" team is silly, they are just sponsors, dont think there's one indian mechanic in there. not that I think they cant spanner, if you'd been to india and seen how thye can mcgiver anything by the side of the road you'd be impressed

the pasta & wine thing i do, designer clothes not really, alfa's not my thing either though I made an ex girlfiend buy a 1992 Spider once. Was hellish to drive!

the lap times where actually faster than MotoGP

i read and watch wsbk a lot...and am aware of the 600 guy winning before and i know who sykes is too...just thought the bobber crowd here could use an update on recent kawi scores...


i doubt the lap times are outright beating motogp..prove me wrong...see spiders here once in a while too...remind me of spitfires...alligator shoe man

Abrams was the longest-serving contributor in the history of Cycle News, reporting and photographing all forms of motorcycle racing from the late 1970s until his death. He covered a selection of motorcycling series such World Motocross and AMA flat track as well as MotoGP.

"I hadn't heard from Henny since Saturday," explains Paul Carruthers, Editor for Cycle News. "When you email or call Henny, he gets right back to you. When I didn't hear back from him, I started to get worried. I'm in complete shock. I've known and worked with Henny since I started at Cycle News in 1985. I'm at a loss for words."

Tributes are flooding in for Abrams across social networking site Twitter. "Very sorry to hear Henny Ray Abrams has passed away," says two-time world champion Casey Stoner. "A true gentleman and journalist and always a pleasure to work with." Colin Edwards, a fellow American of Abrams, was also quick to react to the unexpected news: "Great friend and great journalist - you will be missed, amigo." Writer Matthew Birt, of Motorcycle News, described Abrams as, ‘A hard working journo and a nicer guy you will never find.’ Also tweeting a message was BBC MotoGP pit lane reporter Azi Farni, who had interviewed Abrams at the first Sepang test session three weeks ago. "So, so sad to hear about Henny Ray," Azi says. "A wonderfully interesting gentleman and a great dinner date. We will miss him greatly in the paddock."

Both Dorna Sports and MotoGP extend their deepest sympathies to the family, friends and colleagues of Henny Ray Abrams and wish to thank him for his massive contribution to the MotoGP™ World Championship.
