Tonglet taking it to the V&H team on shoestring budget and a bike they borrowed a cylinder head for is bigger news in my book.
I love it!

Who cares? NHRA ProStock is a joke these days....
Yeah let's see how the Hardly's would if the other guys had the same size motors.

It would be different if the V Rod had the same weight, as the other bikes. The V Rods carry a lot more weight.

I could see why Tonglet would want to win, I would if I was canned by VHR.

No fun any more. Even when Bob Glidden ran a Ford Pinto or a Fairmont later on, the car could still be kind of compared to a real street car. Not now.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Getting beat by an inferior Suzuki has to leave a bad taste in the V&H teams mouths....being beat by said inferior bike riden by a rider THEY canned must really taste like SHIT  And he has done it campaigning a whole season on what V&H spend in a weekend....

I guess I just can't understand any appeal to race pro-stock. Especially since one manufacturer has such a huge advantage.

I believe credit should be given, where it is due. I never waste a minute hating on VHR, so much can be learned from them. They have done very well through their hard work, no one gave them anything. They are the king's of marketing, they know how to sell themseleves.
They have set records with Kaw, Suz, Yam, Honda, Harley, whats left, Vespa or Moped? How do they do it? Money, yes! We all know it takes a lot of money to run Pro Stock, thats a given fact.
How do they really do it? Any guess?
