You guys have inspired me- I want to have my Z1 as a daily rider- I am returning to Alaska in December, and I am going to try and crate up my Z1 and send it on to Hawaii, and get it running, I think it will be worth it money-wise because of the high costs of bikes here. Will take about 6 weeks to get here once I send it off, then I have to buy a lot of parts,not the least of which is having Larry get the head ready for me!

I usually don't park mine either but this year a cylinder head o-ring that has started pouring oil out says otherwise.

Thanks Dutchz- you will note that the frame bracing is done, just have to weld the tabs for the R1 rear sets, and the frame is done!
