Can check pic size by right-clicking on it -- a list appears -- left-click on last item in list "View Image Info."

Here's comparison between different pic info:

[Click on image to enlarge view.]

Pic re-sizing is easy compared to bike building. ;)

There are several good free re-sizing programs available.

And a pic can also be re-sized using MSPaint that comes with the Windows operating system.

Good Fortune! :)

dont forget the road salt and calcium chloride they use to treat the roads!!!!as my 78 kz 1000 is an antique i keep her in the garage and drive my pickup truck through the winter months in new england. i also try to wait till the sand is swept up in spring!!! all these conditions are not rider friendly.let alone the cold.

cold also is a bit relative...

tony's blood sample and my blood sample or kawickrices blood samples are gonna read a bit different....

when i was framing in winter along the hudson river we saw some decent black ice weeks...and long spells of 20's...i was going to my t-shirt by noon and the locals were wearing full artic suits......so that tells me everyojne builds up mthere cold resistance blood settings different...

the mornings here have gotten their first frost on the roof shingles and leaves...and comparitivly it is too cold to get much enjoyment from a ride...toes...finger tips and top thigh areas on a standard kz get super duper fruper state trooper cold....it is the time exposed as you mentioned not the degree of cold that gets to you.....

wind speed + temp x exposure period = warm heated car time!

i envy you folks there on the cutting edge ...here's to you Mr tiny frozen penis man.....

It's great to ride all year, and be prepared for the cold but,it always reminds me of being in chicago and hearing of a rider who was killed on the toys' for tots ride in dec,i drove the I55 every day to work, and when they said it on the radio I knew right where it happened, there was always some fog that came off the canal near california av.and drifted on to the expressway where it dipped, even made car tires slip,I found that out changing lanes,so black ice keeps me off the bike in the winter months .everyone who rides all year just be careful, and dress the part.

I,ve found that if you wear a pair of sweat bands on your wrists it can take up the gap between jacket and gloves.

I've been riding around here for the last month or so in 30's-60's F temps. 1/2 hr to 1 hr rides. I bought a heated coat that plugs in to your 12V battery system and it works great. Tee shirt, heated coat, Joe Rocket Meteor jacket with liner removed, that's it. No more coming home frozen to the bone.

Here's an old pic. It's my avatar right now. There was a good snow storm happening at the time of this pic.
.

Take note of Tony's windscreen. All my regular rides have em.

I rode to work yesterday. It is 25 miles and the temp was 30f in the morning when I left the house. I normally try to ride till Thanks Giving if I can. As long as it is dry and not snowing I don"t care. Make sure that you allow the bike to warm up enough because any bike that has roller mains has very low oil pressure and you could wipe out the cams if the engine is not warm enough and you don't have the right oil in it that has enough ZDDP. I can handle anything up to about one hour in temps around freezing, but not much more than that.

Man from the north endures 115 Degrees Fahrenheit for four or five months every year till his descendants decide that Oregon was the right choice, all along!
