Let's talk cold weather/ Rain gear...

Hey guys,

So with the weather starting to turn, and this being my first season with only my Concours and Z1 to ride to work and back, I've found myself looking for rain and cold gear for the first time. I've been riding in the rain plenty, and the safety doesn't concern me; however commuting to a professional office daily, I can't show up with a soaked crotch or chilled to the bone. The winters in VA generally don't go much below freezing, but can be very wet. What kind of rain gear would you guys recommend? I have a fairly waterproof/ warm Joe Rocket Sonic Jacket, so I'm more concerned about pants, and on a budget. I'm also looking for a good comfy pair of touring gloves that will keep my hands dry, and be able to soak up more than a few visors full of water. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I just bought a pair of these Joe Rocket pants.

Also, I use a heated vest and they work great. I used to get home after riding in the cold frozen to the bone, but with the heated vest I'm toasty warm.
