GOD you would have to have a Brand new one for that beauty!!
The old used ones are just that.
Man if I run across anything that looks like the condition that that bike is in I'll shout out!!
Maybe a custom built would be the way to go, probably not a lot of money, and that bike deserves it!!

You might be able to find a nos or mint condition K&G universal fit luggage rack on ebbaayy. They have shock mounts that slide in & out, and there's a width adjustment at the midway area, kinda on the forward section of the cargo rack. You may have to fabricate rear mounts where they attach at the turn signal area. The KG units are listed in all sorts of ways & it seems like the really nice ones are often times listed as Honda luggage rack.

Did you see this one, I know its not a sissy bar. But looks like a nice rack.
