He abused that poor little calf. We were riding fast and he had a rod knock to begin with. I guess all the excitement was too much.

Sax - I looked for the bike in your avatar and didn't find it anywhere. I looked for Sean's 750 Cafe also, but didn't find it. Not sure if you guys parked inside the ropes or not. We'll have to make sure we hook up some other time.

Did he seriously put a rod through his case? Any idea what failed yet?

Sorry for the continuity mixup. But that guy on the big dirtbike kinda scared me when he looked at me and slid his tongue around. The guy in background wasn't put off though.

Did anyone notice this bike there?

No disrepect to this tonupper but his bike wasn't nearly as nice as his other ride. My camera happened to catch that in the group of riders I was taking pictures of. Man, whoever you are, you are one lucky bastard! She is just an incredible definition that plain defines hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got back from Rockerbox. Really wish I had a camera but it looks like you guys got most of the stuff I was lookin' at. Thanks for readin' my mind and postin' that stuff. I had a great ride both ways and am thinkin' of doin a ride report. With no photo's I'm really gonna try and get literate on you guys. The "Fart Grow Honda" did pretty good except for an output shaft seal (or something) oilin' down the back end a bit. It was cool meeting Saxjonz and Old Kaws.

Hey, Barney, thanks. Did you see the car show on the way home or did you party like a rockstar in Kenosha? I was thinking of doing an overnighter in Michigan next weekend. Traverse City and over night next day ride around and come back. Michigan is crazy beautiful.
Any guys up for some miles? All the honda guys seem really cool and look like they enjoy riding how about you guys here on kzrider? I love to ride and the days they are a growin shorter so someone anyone if you are up for a little adventure should join us on our Inglorious Biker rides. I have put not too many miles on this season but 10,000 is a respectable number I think by anyone's standards. I want to ride to California or Deal's Gap. Hell, I'd even be interested in a ride to Florida. But, I want to ride with other kz's. Not that I mind riding with my Triumph, Indian, and wannabe Harleys oh and the occasional Harley. I just think that a bunch of KZs ripping up the street brings more the imagery of hooliganism at its best.

Party like a rock star? Nah, I partied with the Rock Stars...err...uhh well the Get Drunk djs and some of those band members from the show are mostly friends of mine from the Milwaukee punk/garage scene. For me it was cool to go to a bike show and not see some kinda imitation rockabilly/retro posers but I understand some of those bands may be a little too musically "underground" for the majority of Rockerbox attendees. I rode home on sunday takin' 32/137 down the lakeshore to Chi-town. Thats basically the route you were talkin' about above? Then I took us-12 from Chicago most of the way home. That consisted of awsome ghetto south side, industrial waste-wonderland and Indiana Dunes National Park(this is where the funnest riding was). After that, all is left is familiar but beloved south west Michigan. Comin' to Michigan next weekend? We should definately meet up somewhere. I don't know if I can make it all the way to Traverse City. The "fart grow Honda" is seeming pretty tired after all that. I'm guessing it's just general periodic maintenance stuff. Also I'm a little bit financially exhausted. But maybe I can get shit pulled together. Do you have a route planned yet? My club is planning a trip up to Traverse City area Labor Day weekend. There is a cool biker campground with a shop and a mini-museum with some killer old bikes. Six bucks to camp, no reservations necessary, and party at will! It's called Cycle Moor. I can probably get you a link. The roads around Traverse City are the best I have ever ridden. I want to go ride 'em any chance I can. Just gotta get my shit together this week.
