that is a secret test paint scheme from the shake down u.s.a runs of the top secret new york steak before it's real release in 1973 there were a few running around in the U.s in camoflauge to test the bikes......or tribute to such??

Just guessing, but would tend to agree with Craig, that it could be an early Z1 disguised as a Honda for road testing prior to public introduction. Or a replica of such. Or maybe just a sleeper.

You guessed it, it is a very rare prototype before the fall 1972 Z1 release...used for testing.
