Already looking better eh?

Waiting for the lower handlebars...

What would you suggest for the rear part? Shoud I chop the exceeding above the turn signals or should I try something different?

I would just unbolt it and mount the turn signals in a different spot. You will have some openings available for them in the tail piece after you remove the back rest.

I started unbolting the whole thing, but it looks like the fender is holding on this part.

By the way, does anyone have the manual shop for this bike? (in electronic format of course...)

If you are going to cut those risers, than cut them all the way down or connect them with a crossmbember and round the edges. It could be quite dangerous the way it is now. If you put a crossmember in between it can be used for a grab rail.

$750 is a great deal for that bike. how hard would it be to take everything off that frame and swap it to a older-model frame? has anyone done that before?

Yeah, thats another option I was thinking of. And I agree that this way it can be dangerous...
